Authorship and Contributorship Policy
Authorship and Contributorship Policy
FJIAS follows internationally recognized authorship standards consistent with COPE and ICMJE recommendations.
To qualify as an author, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:
-
Substantial contribution to the conception or design of the work; or acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data;
-
Drafting the manuscript or revising it critically for important intellectual content;
-
Final approval of the version to be published;
-
Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work.
All authors must approve the submitted version and agree to be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the research.
The journal does not permit:
-
Gift authorship
-
Honorary authorship
-
Ghost authorship
Any change in authorship (addition, removal, or reordering of authors) after submission requires written consent from all authors.
Where applicable, the journal may request a contributorship statement specifying each author's role in the research.
